When a match is cancelled or abandoned at ET99, the following policy applies:

• Match Cancelled / Abandoned: If a match is cancelled before it starts or no balls are bowled, all bets are declared void and your full stake is refunded.
• D/L Method in Cricket: If overs are reduced due to rain and the result is determined by the D/L method, bets will be settled according to that result.
• Once the specified overs or innings are completed: If a match is suspended after a specific innings has been completed and an official result has been declared, bets will be settled based on that result.
• Force Majeure: If a match is suspended due to an earthquake, civil unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances, all bets are generally declared void.

ET99 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. There are two ways to temporarily or permanently close your account:
