ET99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider. This website and mobile application operate under an international license.

In this document, "member" refers to any person registered on ET99. "Services" refers to all of ET99's betting, gaming, and related features. "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, free spins, or cashback.

These terms apply from the moment you begin using ET99's services. Although written in English, should any conflict arise between language versions, the English version shall take precedence.

To register with ET99, you must provide truthful and accurate information. ET99 reserves the right to terminate any account created using false or misleading details.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. ET99 will not be held liable for any bets or transactions made by an unauthorised party using your account.

The email address and mobile number provided at registration must be verified. Withdrawals will not be permitted from unverified accounts.

ET99 is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. A copy of a national ID or passport may be requested for age verification.

The following individuals are not eligible to register on ET99:

• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is completely prohibited
• ET99 employees and their immediate family members
• Users whose previous accounts were closed due to fraud
• Self-Excluded Individuals

ET99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and approved Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the daily maximum limit depends on your account tier.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes; however, during verification or high-traffic periods, it may take up to 24 hours.

Withdrawal requests must generally be made through the same method used for the original deposit. ET99 does not charge any processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

ET99 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, detailed on the respective offer page. The general bonus policy is outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% of your first deposit, capped at ৳5,000. Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times.
• Weekly Cashback: 5–15% of total bets placed in the previous week, credited every Monday.
• Free Spins: Applicable to select slots games; 30× wagering requirement applies to winnings.
• Reload Bonus: Up to 50% of your deposit on selected days, available for a limited time.

From the moment a bet is placed on ET99, it is considered a binding agreement. Once confirmed, bets generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

ET99 reserves the right to void bets under the following circumstances:

• If a match or event is cancelled before the scheduled start time
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error (a difference of 5%+ from the actual value)
• Where there is an obvious error in the odds that any reasonable person would recognise
• If suspicious or coordinated betting patterns are detected

ET99 is not responsible for disconnections during live betting. However, if a connection drops after a bet has been placed, the bet remains active and will be settled according to the final result.

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using ET99's services:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Bonus Abuse: Registering under multiple identities to take advantage of bonuses
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to guarantee profits
• Match-Fixing Involvement: Any involvement in match fixing of any kind
• Money Laundering: Using the ET99 platform as a vehicle for money laundering
• Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account

If any of the above is proven, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds held may be forfeited.

ET99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice, particularly if:

• Registration details are found to be false
• Prohibited activities as described in Section 7 are identified
• A court order or directive from a law enforcement authority is in place
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (12+ months)

Members may also voluntarily request account closure at any time. If a balance remains, it will be refunded within 7 business days of the request.

Your data is never sold to third parties. However, information may be shared with authorities when required by law or in the course of a fraud investigation.

ET99 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Updated terms take effect 7 days after publication. If no objection is raised within that period, your next login will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

In the event of a dispute, ET99 support will first attempt to resolve the matter directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, the case may be escalated to the platform's licensing authority.
